The staff were pleasant and welcoming, ready to accommodate any request. Our king room was recently decorated and included an iron, a table, and a microwave. The hotel's good location made it convenient to access the coast and a nearby convenience store. We truly enjoyed our stay at Westward Inn in Crescent City.

Easy to find

Expected more from a Comfort partner. This was a fairly run down facility that hooked up with a good chain. I don't know how Comfort approved them. They had a coffee maker and hair dryer sitting next to the sink with the wires tangled. The only ice machine that worked was across the facility. Breakfast area too small, couldn't get to items because it was too crowded with just 2 other families wanting breakfast. Bed was OK.

The rooms here are clean, modern, and come equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave, plus the friendly staff are knowledgeable about the area.

The food was cheap - lots of options. The location of the property was marvellous and handy as we were close enough to restaurants and convenience store such as CVS, Jed Smith park and the seashore. Furthermore, close to the ocean: )

Convenient location right next to the town and a casino. 🎰 The building has a nice appearance, and the rooms are super clean.

the bed was flat, very few blankets(cold), heater didn't work, staff was very rude & unhelpful, lights didn't work, bathroom dirty.

I was pleased with the spotless room, which was complete with a microwave, fridge, and a comfortable bed. The location was good, close to restaurants, convenience stores like CVS, Walgreens, Safeway.

Convenient location

You can hear everyone's voices through the wall, the beds were really uncomfortable and the continental breakfast was a joke. The door barely locked and the screen to the window was broken so I couldn't open the window to get a breeze. (There is no air conditioning)

The room was very clean, except for the carpet which was dirty. I walked around in clean white socks and the sock soles got quite dirty.
